Expeditions - Book a Hunt - How to Do It
NOTE:
There has just been a price increase from Wyoming Game and Fish on
the cost of an elk hunting licenses. The nonresident special elk
hunting license is now $1057.00 plus an application fee of $14.00
plus $50.00 for a preference point which brings the total amount to
$1121.00. If you draw a license in the lottery, you will be refunded
$50.00 for the preference point. If you do not draw a license, you
will be refunded $1057 and you will have a preference point going
into the draw for the next year.
All
of our reservations are done on a first come first served basis. If
you want to book a hunt, we require a $500.00 deposit per hunter to
reserve a spot for you or your group. These are the steps:

Call
Jeff at 678-953-2026 to confirm the hunt that you are interested in
is available and not already reserved. - Print
the Hunt Reservation and Deposit Agreement form and answer
all the questions. I have tried to communicate how this works and what
you will need prior to hunting with us. You need to understand
that we are reserving a spot for YOU
, therefore, we will turn away hunters from your spot. This deposit
confirms to us that you are serious about hunting with us and
that we can count on you.

Upon receipt of your agreement form and deposit check, we will send an e-mail to you to confirm your hunt reservation.

The
hunt prices above are quoted per hunter based on two hunters with one
guide. If you want a guide all to yourself, add $1200.00 for a one
on one hunt. If you want to hunt mule deer in addition to your elk,
add $500.00. There will be a 3% fee added to your hunt total that is
paid to the Forest Service and a sales tax of $7.50 (total) added to
you invoice. Please don’t forget about tipping your guide, the
Cook, the Wrangler and the Camp Jack. There will not be any
additional fees such as a trophy fee, caping fee, or anything like
that.
I
have tried my best on this page and the following Agreement to be
perfectly clear about this hunt and how everything works. I don’t
like surprises and I doubt you do either. When you get done with
your hunt, I want you to be so ecstatic with us, our hunting area and
the service that we provided that you will come back to hunt with us
in the future and bring your friends. This will only happen if I am
perfectly honest and upfront with you. Please read the Hunt
Reservations Request and Agreement carefully and make sure that you
understand and are agreeable with it. If you have any questions,
